The retreat centre is situated in the tropical escape of Stonefield Resort. Its breathtaking views overlook the lush hillside of the towering Piton Mountain.
There, you’ll enjoy breathtaking mountain top views, as you partake in calming guided stretch and strengthen routines designed to relax the body and culminate in lasting energy for months to come.
Nourish the body with exquisite farm to table cuisine at the award-winning Mango Tree restaurant. You’ll dine among new found friends as you take in the beautiful sunset overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Excursions
All excursions are optional, adding flexibility and charm to your retreat.
Hikes range from 45 minutes to 3 hours in length and require a low to moderate fitness level. Each unique hike reveals the beauty and mystique that St. Lucia has to offer.
As the only sovereign nation to be named for a woman, the island personifies adventure and inspiration.
Take a swim in waterfalls, surround yourself with tropical flowers and fruit trees and snorkel off the shore of Sugar Beach.
Don't forget to bring your camera to take pictures of the breathtaking hilltop views and local wildlife, including the endemic parrot and bird species.
